  Cyclone forming.    There was a cyclone going to form in between the Indian Ocean and bay of bengal.     Weather report says the cyclone will form within 24 hours and it expected to cross between the mamallapuram and karaikal ,  Now the cyclone was 700  kilometers from Pondicherry and 740 kilometers from Chennai.  They gave red 🔴 alters for some district of nagai, Chengalpattu, Tiruvannamalai, villupuram and some more. The weather department gave warning for fishers don't go to the sea,  because sea wave can raise upto to 10  feet and above they expected .      They kepted the cyclone name  Nivar   and the government were allotted 6 groups to rescue. The cyclone is expected to cross the land on  November 25 between mamallapuram and karaikal.
